 Galleri

End to End User Experience

Overview

Galleri is a groundbreaking blood test capable of detecting 50+ types of cancer before symptoms appear. As a first-of-its-kind product entering the consumer market, our challenge was to create the first B2C campaign and user experience that educated, reassured, and guided patients through a complex and emotionally weighty journey.

Objective

  • Build trust in a new product category against a backdrop of consumer skepticism.

  • Clearly communicate the multi-step testing process in a way that reduces anxiety and confusion.

  • Develop a consistent brand voice, glossary, and messaging guidelines to use across channels.

  • Drive awareness and adoption through a consumer-facing campaign.

My Role

  • Developed a patient journey and experience map that identified key moments of communication with the patient to instill a sense of partnership, guidance, and reassurance throughout the testing cycle.

  • Designed the patient portal UX, including onboarding, progress tracking, and telemedicine flows.

  • Partnered with brand and research teams to translate insights into supportive, empathetic design.

  • Conducted user interviews and applied audience research to identify early adopter segments and tailor communications.

  • Developed tone of voice guidelines and UX writing patterns to ensure clarity across digital touchpoints.

  • Facilitated client workshops to align stakeholders on patient journey stages and communication needs.
